The Threshold Shamanic Drum

£435.00

Birthed under the Taurus Full Moon, she carries the steadiness of earth and the wild pulse of freedom.
A 16-inch Horse drum, stretched upon an Ash hoop, she is a bridge between worlds, rooted, embodied, unafraid.

Horse is the great traveler of thresholds.
The one who knows how to move between realms, hooves steady on both the seen and unseen.

Her hide holds memory of wind and wide horizons,of muscles that moved toward freedom rather than away from fear.

Ash is the World Tree, the axis mundi. A wood known to the ancients as the doorway between worlds, the trunk that connects heavens, soil, and the underdeep.

To touch this hoop is to touch pilgrimage.

On the night of her birthing, beneath the milk-white face of the moon,I placed my bare feet on the dark earth and lifted my gaze to that luminous sky.  From the shadowed field,
a Barn Owl rose from the long grass,
silent as breath, hovering between earth and moonlight like a messenger of the other side.

She crossed my path in a single glide,
then turned her face toward me,
a bright, still gaze that said:
“This one will know the way.”

Horse.
Ash.
Moon.
Owl.

Movement, Axis, Illumination, Messenger.

She is the last horse drum I will birth this year.
Her arrival feels like completion,
like a door closing with the soft power of destiny.

May she go to the hands of one who walks between worlds, whose prayers are carried
not as words but as hoofbeats.

all my drums are birthed in deep ceremony, cleansed with herbs grown on these lands.

she is £435, plus P&P, or kerbside collection if you are local to Ludlow.
