These terms apply to all offerings, products, services, events, courses, mentorships, and website use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Workshops, Retreats & Mentorships
Our work explores embodiment, creativity, mythic practice, craft, ritual, emotional exploration, and relationship with land and self.
By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.
Participation is voluntary.
Our offerings are educational, creative, and experiential in nature.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or clinical care.
You agree to communicate responsibly around any physical or mental health conditions that may impact your participation.
We reserve the right to refuse participation where we feel an offering may not be suitable or safe for an individual.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to:
Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
Honour consent and personal boundaries
Take responsibility for their own wellbeing and regulation
Refrain from behaviour that is abusive, harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive
We reserve the right to remove participants from an offering if behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the space. In such circumstances, refunds may not be issued.
4. Payments & Deposits
Payment plans may be offered on selected workshops, retreats, or mentorships.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are non-refundable
Full payment must be completed by the stated due date
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your place
If payment plans are agreed, you remain responsible for completing the agreed balance.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of small-scale events and handmade work, refunds are limited.
Retreats, Workshops & Apprenticeships
Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
If your place can be filled from a waiting list, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Handmade Goods
Due to the handmade and natural nature of our work, variations in colour, texture, shape, hide markings, antler, bone, wood, and other materials are part of the nature of the piece and are not considered faults.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or restrictions relevant to their country.
7. Intellectual Property
All written content, workshop materials, course structures, teachings, photographs, artwork, designs, and media shared through this website or our offerings remain the intellectual property of Louise Amador / Soil.Skin.Bone LTD] unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or commercially used without written permission.

We are not liable for cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, natural disaster, venue closure, travel disruption, or government restrictions.
