Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 12 May 2026

We are a small, independent business offering handmade goods, workshops, retreats, apprenticeships, mentorships, and immersive experiences. Many of our offerings involve significant preparation, limited spaces, venue commitments, handmade materials, and advance planning.

Because of this, we ask that all bookings and purchases are made with care and commitment.

1. Workshops, Retreats & Apprenticeships

Due to the small-scale and highly prepared nature of our offerings, all payments for workshops, retreats, apprenticeships, and immersive experiences are non-refundable.

These offerings involve significant advance preparation, limited participant spaces, material costs, venue commitments, accommodation planning, food preparation, and extensive behind-the-scenes work.

Please ensure you are fully able to attend before booking.

If you are unable to attend, your place may only be transferred to another person with prior written agreement.

In exceptional circumstances, and entirely at our discretion, we may choose to transfer payments toward a future offering, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If we cancel an event, participants will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • transfer to a future offering.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for retreats, residential events, and immersive experiences.

2. Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered solely as a way to spread the cost of an offering over an agreed period of time.

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full payment amount of the offering, not individual instalments.

The full balance therefore remains payable even if you choose to withdraw, cancel your participation, or are unable to attend.

Missed payments may result in loss of access to the offering or forfeiture of your place until payments are brought up to date.

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us directly. Any alternative arrangements remain entirely at our discretion.

3. One-to-One Mentorships & Sessions

Booked one-to-one sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If we need to reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative date.

4. Handmade Goods

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our work, each item is unique.

Natural variations in hide, antler, bone, wood, feather, carving, paint, and other organic materials are part of the character of the piece and are not considered faults.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • natural markings or variations

  • slight differences in colour, texture, or shape

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • partial refund

  • full refund

6. Digital Offerings

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, downloadable content, recordings, online teachings, or written materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

7. Returning Items

If a return is agreed, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Returned items must be sent securely and in original condition.
