Drum Care & One-Year Guarantee

Each drum is handmade using natural materials including rawhide, wood, antler, bone, and other organic elements. Variations in texture, tone, colour, and response are part of the living nature of these materials and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

All drums are covered by a one-year craftsmanship guarantee from the date of purchase.

This guarantee covers faults relating to craftsmanship or structural failure under normal and appropriate use.

Because rawhide is a natural material that responds to its environment, the guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

• exposure to excessive moisture or damp

• prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat

• storage beside radiators, heaters, fires, or in hot vehicles

• mould, improper storage, or neglect

• accidental damage or misuse

• natural tonal changes caused by seasonal humidity or environmental conditions

To maintain the integrity of your drum, we recommend:

• storing it in a dry, stable environment

• avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or damp

• allowing the drum to acclimatise naturally with the seasons

• handling the drum with care and reverence
