The Animist
A 3-Month One-to-One Apprenticeship
For those learning to listen again
There comes a moment for many people when the old ways of understanding life no longer satisfy. The purely rational explanations, the self-help frameworks, the endless analysis of thought and feeling begin to feel thin beside the deeper knowing stirring underneath. Something in the body starts to sense that the world is more alive than we have been taught, teh realisation that the land is not inert, dreams are not random, that synchronicity may be more than coincidence and that the body itself may be an instrument of perception, not simply a vessel to carry the mind.
The Animist is for those standing at that threshold.
This is a three-month one-to-one immersion for people who feel called to re-enter relationship with an animate world, to learn how to listen to the language of body, land, symbol, season, and spirit, and begin building a life rooted in that relationship.
Over the course of three months, we work together through six in-person immersion days, meeting every other week on the land or within the work itself. These are spacious sessions designed to allow real depth, where conversation, practice, reflection, and direct experience can unfold naturally through the rhythm of the day. Between sessions, you will receive voice note support, practices, and invitations to help integrate and deepen what is emerging.
This is not an academic exploration of animism, nor a spiritual philosophy to be studied from afar. It is a lived apprenticeship in another way of perceiving reality.
Together, we cultivate your capacity to sense, trust, and relate to what has always been speaking.
Over the course of this container we may explore your relationship with body as instrument of perception, the development of animist and land-based practice, dream and symbolic language, ritual and devotion, local place relationship, spirit communication, threshold experiences, and the reawakening of instinctive and intuitive knowing.
By the end of this container, many people find they are no longer merely curious about this path, they are living it. They have developed practices of listening, a stronger relationship to place, greater trust in their own embodied knowing, and a felt sense that life itself has become more communicative, meaningful, and alive.

The Animist is not about adopting a belief system, it is about learning to inhabit a different way of perceiving reality.
